I provide individual therapy for children ages 8+, teens, and adults, as well as couples therapy. I work with clients navigating ADHD, autism and neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma and complex PTSD, suicidal thoughts, relationships, life transitions, self esteem, emotional regulation, and those moments when life simply feels like too much. Sessions are available virtually and in person.

Finding the right therapist matters. Start by reaching out to schedule a consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for, and whether we might be a good fit. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you contact me. That is part of what we can figure out together.

I know what it is like to sit on the other side of the therapy room. My approach is shaped not only by my clinical training, but also by lived experience and an understanding that healing is rarely neat or linear. I am comfortable sitting with the parts of life that can feel heavy, complicated, messy, or difficult to say out loud. You do not need to make your story more comfortable for me. I bring curiosity, humor, honesty, compassion, and a little bit of play into the room while still being willing to challenge you when growth calls for it. I am not here to fix you. You do the healing. Think of me as your self healing sidekick who gets to walk alongside you while you do it.

Therapy with me feels human. There is room for the serious conversations, the uncomfortable ones, the tears, the breakthroughs, the awkward moments, and absolutely some laughter along the way. You do not need to walk into my office knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. Come as you are. My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, strengths based, and tailored to the person sitting in front of me. We might explore patterns, learn practical coping and regulation skills, unpack experiences from your past, celebrate something that finally went right, or simply slow things down enough to understand what is happening underneath everything. I will not pretend to have all the answers about your life. You are the expert on you. My job is to bring clinical knowledge, curiosity, honesty, support, and a different perspective to the table while helping you discover what works for you. You do the healing. I’ll be your sidekick.
